BSES- Rajdhani - Power- Ltd is a connection of projects of reliance power. This collaboration was resulted in the form of privatization of Delhi energy sector. Vidyut Board of Delhi was stopped its operation in the year 2002 and it led to reassigning of distribution task of energy to BSES- Rajdhani - Power- Ltd (BRPL) and BSES- Yamuna- Power- Ltd (BYPL). These both companies of power supply are providing their services to approx 18.79lacs consumers and they covered large segment of Delhi.
BSES is dedicated for providing qualitative services in districts of Delhi. They are involved with their recent project to improve current position of infrastructure for which they have invested approx Rs.2000 crore. It was very useful to decrease AT&C losses.
BSES was pioneer in such type of case when it launched “Training on House Wiring Essentials”. This training was introduced especially for the local electricians. It has started many call centers and appointed various officials of customer care and also launched an interactive “VR system” or “IVRS” for helping its customers.
